 VIPA Cyril E. King Airport & Henry E. Rohlsen International Airports modernization. Opportunities to connect St. Croix's Henry E. Rohlsen International Airport and Stewart International Airport (Newburgh, NY) to relieve international freight congestion at LaGuardia, JFK & Newark Airports. Smart City Supply Chain Center of Regional Excellence (SCcORE) at New York International Plaza (NYIP).  

New strategic collaborative markets and branding opportunities through health, wellness, medical, sports, gastronomy (food) tourism, and the creative economy. St. Croix is now one the US 62 rare and newly designated National Heritage Area gems. 

USVI is an emerging tech hub - Connecting USVI to the EV Ecosystem. UVI Research and Technology Park (construction of 40-million-dollar tech village) and world class telecommunication fiber optic network subsea cable network that provides high-speed internet to Europe, South America, North America, and the Caribbean- St. Croix is home to the South America Connection (SAC) “connects” New York/Florida and USVI because two of their largest networks are in Brookhaven, NY and Frederiksted, St. Croix. Build a regional network of new smart cities infrastructure, and a highly advance cybersecurity network.  

Collaboration and cooperation between the USVI academia (with other regional colleges and universities tech startup incubators), SEDI-CASE: CASE Study & Start-Up VI (US Mainland, Caribbean/Latin America, and Taiwan) in the area of research and development (R&D), education, workforce development and training of ethnic minority and women, in addressing closing the disparity gap in industries like financial services, technology (Fintech, Cybersecurity, Semiconductors, Smart City IoT. 

The USVI is undergoing a massive $10 billion infrastructure rebuild, and the Winter Summit will afford a unique opportunity for doing business with the Government of the Virgin Islands, and the benefits of doing business in the USVI “America's Caribbean”.
